"This pharmacy is terrible. Their affiliate, Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is atrocious. The call center is based in the Philippines. They are a nightmare to work with. I implore you to take your business elsewhere."

"Terrible experience! First time use for mailing a medication that I’ve taken for years. Promised 7 day delivery. Now, 10 days later script not out of processing. Called numerous times and got various answers and promises but no one can give a definitive answer. The last tech told me the computer sets the ship date which is not for another 6 days. Can not talk to anyone who can fix. Very poor customer service after the initial set up."

"I want to start by apologizing to anyone who is being forced to use Accredo specialty pharmacy( specialty in incompetence) I was approved medication for 6 months in 3/6/23 -10/2/23. And I still do not have my medication and today is 4/20/23. If you have another option take it!!!! Your health will decline waiting for your medication and every representative will tell you something different. i had to put one star in order to post this review"

"Accredo/Express Scripts takes way to long to process patient's medications. Their reps and team leads need more training on authorizations. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and have a history of preterm labor. My Dr sent over a prescription for me and I was told it can take up to a week to be processed, 3 team leads, 4 other reps and 2 pharmacist. Not one of them took the initiative to contact my insurance even though I told them my insurance authorized a 1 time emergency fill for me. That was until yesterday I spoke with a wonderful team lead that contacted my insurance and figured out what the issue was, she got a paid claim and was able to send my medication overnight to me. This should not be the case for medications, it can be a matter of life and death for some patients or being anle to control there illness at home instead of going to an emergency room. Unfortunately a lot of insurances have contacted with Accredo and patients have no choice but to use them for their specialty medications."
