"Called the pharmacy TWICE to have my meds transferred from CVS because my new insurance did not work with them. Was told twice they would and never did. When I finally came in person and made them do it they said it would be an about an hr. After an 1hr plus of waiting they still hadn't even received the meds from CVS. If I had not been for me checking for an update they would have never told me and I would have been waiting an eternity. Literally never seen so much disorganization. 2 hrs later I recieved my meds and was told to drive to another Walgreens as they didn't have my daily inhaler. Had to wait another 40 min at that one. So 3 hr wait. SMH!!!"

"Boy oh boy has this pharmacy gone absolutely downhill. I have rarely seen such a concentration of incompetence and gross mismanagement in a professional setting. They can't keep track of patients (constantly confusing me for others and giving me the wrong medicine), refill notifications are non-existent unless it's some random medicine you got once for a cold 5 years ago. Have a script your doctor has sent over as a refill? About 4 times this year alone the script has disappeared from the system. I've tried to chase down exactly how scripts disappear (after having my doctor print a transcript of sending the script over to them and dispatching a replacement, a waste of both of our time) but nobody seems to know how to stop it from happening. Not having some drugs during the pandemic is forgivable but happens often enough here. Take your business elsewhere, I am going to."

Pharmacy is awesome, fast check out, they take their time to explain everything about your meds and advised you about other treatment options you may have.
