Specialty delivery options are available where permitted by law, and certain services are only accessible by contacting CVS Specialty directly. In-store pick up is not currently available in Oklahoma. Puerto Rico requires first-fill prescriptions to be sent directly to the dispensing specialty pharmacy. Some specialty medications may not qualify for certain services.
