My computer battery needed to be replaced ASAP because I had a really important MIT final the next day, and Daniel worked extra hard to make sure that happened for me. He and his partner stayed working on my computer a bit over 2.5 hours after closing just to make sure I'd be okay. "I have taken my phone to several places, from West Perrine to Kendall and no one could seem to open it much less repair it. Moreover, these places also claimed to be the best and could fix anything, but that was far from the truth. These other locations were more focused on selling than repairing. I was close to giving up until I saw NBA Phone Repair on Google. I've been there a couple of times to have my Sony Xperia repaired. The first time I went, Danny helped me. He has terrific customer service and great focus when working. I told him my plight and he offered to try before recommending purchasing replacement parts. On his first attempt, he not only told me what the problem was, he engineered a great solution. Due to my negligence, I damaged the phone again and had to take it back to NBA Phone repair. "Not a review kind of person but I'm so happy my screen (iPhone) is fixed I had to give a review. I had a great experience! Literally took 15 minutes! Literally! Staff was nice. To think I actually waited 5 months to fix my screen because I was not looking forward to dealing with the traffic of people waiting to get their phone fixed and also because I thought it was going to be super expensive.
