"Nice store but never enough people ringing you up. Wait times in excess on 20 minutes most times. I think cruise folks shop here as well."

"I’m not one to review retail stores but I had to come in here and do it, simply because I’m in doing some last minute Christmas shopping and been to several Marshalls stores in the past few days and they were a total disaster…. Literally looking like a bomb went off in all of them with no employees tidying up or caring after their place of employment. Except this Downtown Miami location. This Marshalls is impeccable and the staff is in sight restocking, organizing and being friendly and accommodating. Although the checkout line was long, it still moved steadily. I knew I had to ask my friendly cashier (Walter) for the manager—Penny, because I wanted to compliment her store. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their job and works efficiently. I wish more of this type of retail stores had managers as caring and good at their job like Penny. This will be the only Marshalls I will ever come to from now on. Congratulations for an amazing job!"

"Very poor customer service. Twice I requested someone to open a jewelry case, there was a pair of earrings I was definitely going to buy. First time I was ignored by a sales clerk standing there doing nothing. I waited a while as she stood there and after a few moments asked again. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said yeah, some one will open it soon. I waited a while longer but no one ever came so I gave up."

"What’s up with the fitting room employee asking to hang the items back after trying them on? The store is not even busy, I worked retail for many years we would not dare to ask a customer to do something that is our job. On top of that she gave me the the wrong number she can’t even count, and cut me off when I tried asking a question. Also tried retuning an item past the date, the cashier calls another person to inspect the item like if it’s worth 1k and I was going to get a lot of money back, wasted my time at the counter when they could simply say no, period. I was coming here weekly to spend around $100-$150 in random items I’ll definitely wont come back."

"BIG Store, GREAT FINDS but slow cashiers! You look around long enough you will find deals for sure. I recommend walking 8 minutes down the street and hitting ROSS also. Always check out the clearance section and you'll love it."
