"We are still waiting for our replacement ceiling fan for almost 6 months now under warranty. United Lighting ignores calls from our builder. There’s always an excuse including I lost my phone. They told our builder our replacement fan was in stock and he would contact us to install. Yet we wait and wait while our builder is constantly reaching out to him on our behalf. I am reminded of this nightly when I can not use my ceiling fan. With so many lighting companies out there I would steer clear from United Lighting."
"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service!! Jay the manager will absolutely ignore you! He will not return a call and is very very little help. If you find something to order, he will not take a call or call back. You can’t go in the store without an appointment. How is this place in business?"
