"Monica was like an angel serenading me with my heart’s desire!!! She did an amazing job!!! I traded in my gaming laptop, got the guitar that I was dreaming of…And some cash!!! She basically asked me what I wanted “and gave it to me.” She articulated everything in such a way that it was so easy!!! can’t wait to go back. Just walk in and tell them what will make you happy and they will oblige!!! but honestly Monica… not only aesthetically appealing but super professional and deserving of one’s upmost respect!!! "We came to Dan’s pond to find a wedding band for our wedding tomorrow. There were so many options, and the customer service was amazing. I have never been to a pawnshop so organized, so clean so friendly and so many options and you can’t beat the price.. i want to give a shout out to Ron Grattan for making our experience fun and eventful… This is the place to go if you want the best for your buck …"
"It’s not often that I visit pawnshops, but I had some items (jewelry) that were no longer of any use to me and memories attached that will be better off forgotten. I moved here from Georgia almost 3 years ago and the thing I’ve missed the most has been hospitality and good customer service. The staff at Dan’s have created such a welcoming atmosphere that it felt like I was back home! I was greeted by each staff member, spoken to like a friend, and taken care of with exceptional customer service. That would have made for a great experience, under any circumstances, but with all of the emotion attached to my reason for being there, I’m even more appreciative! I highly recommend!!"
