"I did not have a good experience as the lines were very long both times I went. When I finally got to the register, she was very short and dismissed me stating I would need to go online for what I wanted, which was a yard sign. She said I could call a number she gave me and they would provide assistance, which I did not receive. They are very short staffed and the worker was probably just overwhelmed."
"I was in dire need of a adapter/charger for my computer because I’m out of town and left mine at home. I had a terrible experience here. I understand being short staffed but I wasn’t even thanked for my patience, I’ll be right with you, noootttthiinggg. I finally spotted someone who said if they had what I was looking for it would be over there. I spotted another associate that had initially ignored me and she walked me over to the product. I did find the adapter. Spending 30 minutes in line is not ideal, and if I wasn’t in such dire need I would have put the product down and tried to find a different store to patronize."
"I’ve never had a negative experience here, and lately I’ve been stopping to get more printing services done, Mary is always so helpful and professional, today when I stopped in to get some business cards printed, she looked at my emailed version and quickly pointed out the size of the font, she she adjusted them and they came out absolutely perfect and professional looking!
