"My mother recently had flooring put in one of her bedrooms. The processes was messed up from the start, and the lady she has been talking to continually says "it's an IT problem". She paid for everything upfront, and used Home Depot for the entire process. Now she was promised a refund on certain items if they weren't used for the job, these items come to probably less than 100 dollars. She took everything down there, and the lady told her IT had to do something, and that she would call. No call came. So I went down there with my mother, and we saw the same woman who then got on the phone with IT, and was put on hold. After some time standing there I asked for the manager. We waited and waited, and then finally the manager sent word down to her assistant saying she just didn't have time for it and had him talk to us. He then promised to put in an IT ticket, and said he would keep us updated. That was over a week ago, and there is no refund yet on the account. I can't imagine why it's difficult for a store like this to process one refund, but evidently they can't do it. I would never use this place again for any project, and I recommend everyone go across the street and use Lowes, because their IT department evidently can at least handle a refund. Thousands of dollars spent with Home Depot, and this is how my mother is treated. Shame on you all!"

"Always love visiting this Home Depot location. The people working are really nice. They try and help you find what you need and if they can't they find someone who can. I've gone in on a tight budget for a big project and they have helped me find everything I needed and more under budget!"

"I'm usually a Lowe's shopped but had stopped in a few weeks ago with a particular problem and Jim solved it with tool recommendations. He was so very nice and helpful. Today I was assisted by Kellie who looked up the items I was interested in buying and gave me the aisle numbers. Very nice! I had trouble finding two of the items and encountered Billy, the Sales Manager who walked me to the items spanning one end of the store to the other. He was super nice and friendly and helped me find everything I needed. I am now a Home Depot customer! Lisa was the cashier, and offered to find someone to help me get the goods to the car but I was fine with the cart. Thanks team and great job!"
