"Not a bad place to shop always nice staff. Down side is the place is honestly really dirty. The food cafeteria tables are always dirty the floor is DISGUSTING. There is always stuff in the carts like trash and etc. Other than that great prices, great staff, and great experience. Just need to clean the place up more. I attached some photos I could take below, they don't quite show how bad it really is but just an example."

"Everyone in the store was so nice until I got to the front and decided to grab some food. I’ve had multiple negative interactions there. But today was so ridiculous. I said “hello how are you” with a smile. The cashier just stared at me, no response, no smile. I told her what I wanted still with a smile. Then she just gave me my total, didn’t hand me my food, but put it in another space and just pointed at it. I still said thank you, she never said anything. As she was getting my order together her and another employee were carrying on a conversation and she acted like I was interrupting. I understand people have bad days that why I was never rude to her, but this is about the 4th bad experience I’ve had with rude and dismissive employees in the food court area. I won’t be doing that again, and it’s a shame because the food is good and the prices are great. It’s not worth being treated that way over though."

"Love the scan and go feature in the app! Saves me a lot of time. The awesome markdown prices just make the already great low everyday prices on your essentials in bulk make it a must on my shopping list. Sam's Club is always my first stop on any shopping trip I have to take."

"Love shopping here but hate the "limited time" items when we want them year round. We bought the Giovanni Rana Butternut Squash Ravioli Bake Kit. I'm going back to get more but I know they'll stop carrying it after the holidays. This would sell year round it is so good. Everyone loved it, from 11 year old to 69 year old, and asked where to get it. Please keep this item on the shelves, we want it. Oh my gosh it's delicious"

"This place is just perfect actually.. except for one thing, that you must have a membership card to buy from here otherwise you can not!! Which was strange actually because there was no sign or any directions saying that. Or maybe there is somewhere but I didn't spot them. So, I suggest: 1- It would be better if they put such an instructions visible at the entrance. 2- I agree it is such a nice idea to have something like loyalty program but make it optional so if anyone who has the membership card is eligible to have different prices than the one who has not like special discounts or special items only for the members so this I think will encourage others from everywhere to come and sign for the loyalty card I would prefer to call it instead of member. 3- There were no bags there so you have to bring your own bag because you want to reduce or minimize the use of plastic so why no provide a paper bags?! Thank you"
