"What an amazing time we had celebrating my birthday on the trolley…booked a 4 hour private trolley trip and enjoyed a few stops and just cruising around on the trolley. The owner Priscilla is so easy to work with, super quick at responding and replying! Our driver was Siggi…he was great! He accommodated our change in plans because of the rain, had great ideas where to drive us around! Highly recommend! And request Siggi to be your driver!"
"Got married at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club on Lido Key 11-21-21. We had guests staying at the Aloft in downtown Sarasota & Lido Key Resort and wanted to make sure they had safe transportation to/from the wedding. Was able to schedule SRQ Trolley to have a 36 passenger trolley make separate runs to both hotels. It was on time for all stops, clean, and the guest found it quite charming. Worked out better than I was expecting."
"This place.....last Christmas we had bought a ride on their holiday lights tour that was promised to be a safe socially distanced experience. We arrived for the tour to find the trolley packed with passengers at full capacity, no windows open, and no masks required. We chose to not take the tour and we followed along in our own car. After contacting the owner of this trolley company, we found that they lack very basic customer service skills by their denial of giving us a refund for not following through with what they promised and advertised as a safe experience. This year, we arrived where the trolley begins the tour and followed behind the tour in the comfort and safety of our car."
