"This place is getting more and more horrible. We’ve been coming here for many years but finally called it a day. The staff cannot send a simple A4 letter with 9 pages to Europe. I was waiting for 18 minutes to get the order processed, she wanted $135 for 3-5 working days without guarantee that the letter will reach the recipient in 5 working days. Then she was unable to print the label and asked me to go to the U.S. post office…..UPS is not training its people and the service has gotten ridiculous. The only thing that went up is pricing. Avoid this store, she’ll send you to competition, too."
"I mistakenly ordered an item and had it shipped to a former address in Parkland. I contacted the UPS Store and Ravi was extremely helpful! He volunteered to drive over to the home to pick up the package and then ship it to me at my new / correct address. He was very professional and friendly, and especially responsive to my unusual request. Thanks again Ravi!"

"Thank you very much Ken and the entire UPS team. I shipped an extremely heavy video monitor/art tablet and a lot of oversized art work my son accumulated from Ringling college. I needed delayed shipping and it finally arrived here in NJ on time and unscathed! What professional work in packing these items. I truly thank the team at this location for their courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs. Thank you!! Update: Unfortunately after careful inspection after my initial review that video monitor arrived partially damaged. Good thing I took insurance on that device as UPS promptly refunded me the current value of the monitor. I’m still impressed with the service of Ken’s team."
"I’ve been in here at least 4 times in the last several months to return Amazon or just to ship a package and I’ve always encountered a professional, smiling, friendly helpful person! I’ve read the review about folks of color and I’ve been next to someone of color and they treated him exactly the way I was treated as a white person. I think it may have to do with the attitude we come in with. If you’re looking for something, your face and attitude will give ya away. Just saying.. The folks at this place are very nice and very helpful to me and all the people that were in front of me…"
