"Ordered stuffed cheesy bread, receipt clearly says NO JALAPEÑOS and yet it was completely stuffed with jalapeños. I also ordered a sandwich and my bowel movements the next day smelled worse than a rotten corpse. Needless to say I won’t ever be ordering from this store again"
"I order from here monthly. The last pizza was definitely “rushed” yet it wasn’t ready on time. No sheet under the pizza to keep the grease from soaking through the box and onto my seat. Very disappointed."

My Order was Large (14") Brooklyn Pizza Whole: Extra Cheese, Extra Beef, Pepperoni, Extra Bacon, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Shredded Provolone Cheese There was almost NO cheese!"
"Beyond Impressed!! I Ordered my pizza online ahead of time, then I called back to add a 2 liter and the manager said no problem he'd get it taken care of and add it to the bill and that I could just pay cash when they came. Pizza delivered but no soda. I was disappointed but I understood how it could have happened it's busy and it was added on after the fact. 45 minutes later while we're eating, knock at the door... they delivered the soda!!! Absolutely impressed by their commitment to their customers."
