"Wow! These guys went above and beyond to help us! We’d forgotten a favorite bag with our favorite clothes in the laundry at the last stop of a week-long trip. We needed a box sent to the hotel, then shipped back to our Airbnb in SRQ. They not only looked up both addresses (when we had no cell service), they took the time to make sure all was correct and packed the box with bubble wrap so it wouldn’t get crushed on the way there. We were amazed to find our beloved bag and clothing on the Airbnb doorstep in two days! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service."
