The UPS Store

"OVERCHARGE for printing 1 page of Amazon return label for $2. That is TWO WHOLE USD for 1 page print. I bought in 1 page PDF file on a USB external drive to the store. I DID NOT email the store the PDF file. I called another UPS store up the road at 1058 N Tamiami Trail Ste 108, and there it's $0.15 per page, if print from USB drive. Bottom line: STAY AWAY from this expensive UPS store location."

"Hours are never correct, there never open at 8:00 a.m. they're always running late and usually don't open till 8:30 and after. Several times I've came and no one is here at open."

"I shipped out a pair of men’s dress shoes for return (they were wrong size) that were $150. This UPS store lost the package and the shoes never were received back to the store. I never received a refund for the shoes due to this. I went back to the UPS store in person and they were no help. They told me to call a 1800 # which I did and got nowhere (except a bunch of recordings and no live person). I now only use the location on Clark Rd. Each UPS store is individually owned and operated and I would STAY AWAY from this one. Either the owners or their drivers are likely thieves, I mentioned this to another local UPS store and they replied with “oh don’t use that one everyone knows to stay away from that location.” Now I’m out $150 at no fault of my own. DONT USE THIS ONE!!"

"The followup from the store manager is horrendous. My son's keys never made it to where they were going around the holidays. It was a huge inconvenience but understand things happen. He went into the store looking to receive the fee that it cost to send back from UPS. Story after story about how people in their family were ill or it must be in their email or they will have to investigate why they never received paperwork. All just stall tactics because they didn't want to do any of it. My son went into the store twice and I went three times to question what was happening. All with the same promises each time and that they had my number and would call me. This was a very small amount of money filed for this claim and so it isn't about that at all. But more about the terrible customer service and follow through. It is just frustrating to hear people say they are going to help you and never do. I would not visit this location - there is one off Honore and Northridge in the Publix Plaza (5020 Clark Rd) that is much more reliable, friendly and on top of things."

"Do NOT recommend using this UPS location due to lack of organization. My package was lost (I know these things can sometimes happen), but then spent the next 2.5 months chasing the team to open a claim (which only they can do). Was reassured it was happening but never heard on next steps. After visiting the store several times, calling, and emailing, I had to finally give up for my own sanity and eat the cost of the shipping and missing item."
