"I would not recommend FIA for any service. I signed a consignment agreement with to sell some equipment for me and after a YEAR of hounding them they did not sell all of the equipment. They repeatedly went weeks without getting back to me and the owner never had time to discuss where they were in the process of selling the rest of the equipment. I got so tired of reaching out for to check in on the status of unsold equipment that I stopped calling, emailing and asking them for updates. Furthermore the gym I transitioned into with my Personal Training team was having the MAJOR delays on work that was contracted to be done. Overall, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had."
