"I called ahead to ask if a specific jersey was available and the employee told me there was and that he could put it on hold. I then drove over an hour to the store to buy the jersey that I was told was on hold for me. When I arrived the jersey had been sold and both employees could care less including the manager. The same employee who answered the phone and said to me he would put it on hold was the one who sold it so someone else. He said he “forgot” and gave a pathetic “my bad” but by his demeanor and shrug you could tell he did not care."

"I always come to this location to purchase sports gear. I drive 20 minutes each time. They are suppose to open at 10am and it is now 10:43am and they are still not open. There is an employee that arrived at 10:30am with little to no energy to work and is taking their sweet time to open up. Seriously unacceptable!!!!"
