She cared well for every detail in the process, from the initial fitting and helping me customize my boots, to the heat molding and mounting the blades with precision. "After showing up to pure hockey at 9 in the morning and it was still closed, my brother and I decided to head over to rinkside sports. The shop is small, but most shops inside a rink are. However this shop was packed with merchandise which is not something you would normally see at a shop in a rink. When we went in the young guy behind the counter helped us. I needed new skates and have had trouble finding ones that fit me good, and that I like. Surprisingly rinkside has a foot scanner so he set me up and scanned my foot. We found my foot issue and he started getting boxes of skates out for me. He was super helpful and actually really knowledgeable about all the skates. He spent a long time talking to me about skates and what I liked etc. We tried on probably 4 pairs of skates and we did something I haven't been able to do. We found a pair of skates that fit me great The customer service here was top notch and I'd give 6 stars for thatif I could. the pricing was good, with a lot of stuff cheaper than pure hockey down the road. I will definitely come back and hit them up for other equipment."

"I would give more stars if I could. I am a retired competitive figure skater, and wanted to get back in as an adult. I needed new skates, and wanted to buy them in person, to be fitted correctly. I am from out of state, and planned to be in the area to visit my parents. I found Rinkside via two youtube adult skaters who lived in the same area, who had a good experience. So, I went ahead arranged an appointment with Tim. I went this past weekend. Fantastic service, was able to buy the new boots, have them fitted, and punched correctly. I planned to buy blades, but decided to opt-out, they where more than helpful by moving my current, to the new boots. They had Kim watch me on the ice, to make sure my blades where mounted correctly. Finally, since I am from out of state and trying to buy skates. I had issues paying, as my bank tried to block the charge as fraud. I was SUPER embarrassed, since I had all the funds and felt I planned. Not only was everyone super nice, they did not make me feel bad for this, and where patient while I sorted out the issue. Ended up working out and paid. The prices are fair, everyone is super friendly. Since then. I been skating and LOVE my boots, I also got my daughter new skates with them, and she has been skating too! Im so thankful i went to RinkSide. I will be back to buy the blades, and all my future skating gear. Highly recommend, will not get anything better. As a skater, it is so important for proper fit, mount, and education. Go for it! :D"
