"My daughter and I were having our lunch after church and it was very rainy and cold. We both like AE clothes so we went to look in the store and found their clothes to be well made, with nice materials, and style. Unfortunately it was a bit marred by the staff, and it just left me with the impression that I probably wouldn't shop at this one in the future. I asked them if I could throw away my daughter's sticky coffee cup, and there were 3 saleswomaen there when I asked. One responded, "we wouldn't be able to throw it away because it has liquid in it,." (If only there was an extra plastic bag that it could be wrapped in....)"But, " she continued, ",there's a trashcan at the end of the street that you can throw it into." Did I mention it was raining? Seems like a missed opportunity to be helpful to a potentia( customer. I can think of at least three different things that could have been done to be helpful."

"On 1/05/2023 it states in the stores voicemail box and on Google that they open at 11am, when I arrived at 12:55pm the stores doors were locked and I observed two workers inside on their cell phones looking like they were making tik toks, I looked in at them and workers continued to laugh and ran to the back, if the store was closed for the day they should have posted a sign on the door and updated the phone lines. I had a return to make and needed to be at work by 2pm. Extremely frustrating."
