"I get retail is a tough job especially this time of year but if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be here. The manager at this location Rudy is a piece of work, the line was extremely long and the poor cashier was alone calling for assistance for several minutes. The poor lady was visibly overwhelmed as she apologized to the crowd saying the manager isn’t coming. Two customers later the cashier called again for assistance for a discount of sorts calling for Rudy repeatedly, the customer left her items as did I. As I was walking away I overheard another employee say Rudy’s is out smoking again. Way to go Rudy leaving your staff short handed to smoke on the company’s dime. Clearly my money isn’t valued at this location."

"I bought my grandson a winter jacket a week ago. Today he went to zip it up and apparently the stopper part of the zipper must have broken and the zipper was gone. I called the store and was informed that if it was broken they would not take it back. If they can't resell it, they won't refund or exchange it. Congrats Burlington, you will never get another penny from me. Your response indicates that you expect quality from your products. I was told there was no guarantee for that because you were just a discount store that sold what they had and as long as it was functional when it went out they didn't care what happened to it after it left the building. I also have no way of replying to you other than to edit this post. You want to hear from me, give me a way of actually doing that."

"This store is clean but under stocked. Don't expect to find any men's suits, sports coats or professional clothing. For men, there is a fairly good selection of (very) casual clothing. Women have a broader selection, but no coats. Does anyone else remember when these stores had coat in the name? I guess they just don't sell them any more. Huge checkout line even though all three cashiers were working hard to get people through. I'd say they need at least on me more person running the registers."
