"I wanted to publicly state that mangers give employees illegal work hours, tell me how can you keep minors past mall hours especially on school days?! Working past 9pm as a MINOR is wrong. Especially on school days, also raising awareness to this it’s been said manager claim this is “legal” yeah right. How about the employees who are above the age of 18 work till 12pm instead forcing minors who can’t speak up because they’re afraid of getting fired or written up. They are minor sales associate those late hours could only apply on weekends. I hope these manager will do their jobs if not I’ll just contact someone above them. Cause if they haven’t had an issue with child labors laws they will soon."

"Associate kept following me around the store and asked me a trillion questions after I had already told her I was just looking around . Made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something. Maybe that wasn’t her intention but it made me feel really uncomfortable."

"I went in and found some sandals I liked and went to the register to pay. However when I used my card nothing happened and the girl behind the counter didn't say what was going on she just looked stupid. Another worker there then called the manager for no reason because they could have just took me to another machine. Shortly after, when the manager came she had whispered "does she not have any money or something to the girl behind the counter. I'll have you know I did have money. Nobody was saying anything they were just all looking at the screen. I had to use my card a total of 3 times. If my card wasn't working 3 times they should've had me to go to another machine not just stand there and do nothing. I'm pretty sure they just wanted me to leave and not get anything. I think this was just very poor customer service, because I asked the manager "is it my card or is it the machine?" But she was just looking at me stupid and didn't say anything. This place needs to be checked and have workers that respond to the customers because the customer is always right."
