"terrible customer service. The employees lack any professionalism. they follow you through the stores like you are there not to shop with your money but stealing their merchandise. one young guy worker with long hair was so rude and disrespectful. very unkempt. The hiring process for the workers is ridiculous. just hire any bum off the streets and make customers feel threatened. Terrible experience..yuck !!"

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Nate. yelling and screaming unprofessionally at us for a $4.99 toy our 3 year old opened. slamming my shoe boxes thinking we weren't going to pay for the toy. My husband had the toy packaging and was coming to pay for it with his shoes..We paid for it. Nate was so concerned over the toy that he forgot to take off the security tag I had to go back in and get it removed by Nate who very unwillingly did so. Then Nate shows the middle finger to my husband as we leave the store. I just spent $150 to get insulted and belittled by your employee? NO THANK YOU! I want my return and will never come back"

"I really enjoyed these rack room today with my 10 year old son. I had great help with Johnny. He was very attentive. Extremely helpful and so nice and friendly.! I left with 6 boxes of sneakers and more! Very satisfied. Also the guy that was at the cashier which i completely forgot his name!! He was so so nice. I feel so bad i can't remember his name. He was very professional as well and i do know he speaks Spanish. Was very pleased to meet them both.♥️"
