"Very bad experience thus far, bought a boat 2 months ago, my initial contact to see the boat alex assured it was on lot, drove an hour no boat, came back a few days later to see the boat, with some minor blemished and gel coat issues. Sales assured me all will be taken care of prior to deliver. A few days later Adrian delivered the boat nothing was fixed and boat came dirt at initial delivery, Adriana and Ryan assured me that all we be handled under warrantyand cleaned. A month after purchase they picked up the boat all pictures and list of repair. Now things get dirty. They told me it be a week in and out , every week an other excuse. Fast forward boat gets delivered yesterday, over 1 month boat arrived dirty, gel coat powder all over seats, black paint or somthing like that on interior, rear seat torn, and I can keep going Efrain told me I was extremely lucky to get the boat back in a month, Dylan won't talk to me as indicated in his email. Also they told me the first service is 150 usd, never got written estimate that is was over 200. Paid 380 for it after discount. Called other dealers they quoted me today 299 max for first oil change! And Mike even though was always nice and cordial even when it got dicy, never comits to what was agreed on phone.. well let sure hope they will own up to it and make it right."
