"Abi is fantastic! Such a professional (and hardworking) young lady, she helped me so quickly and with such attention to detail on my application. Highly recommend her and the passport office for such speedy service and saving me a trip to Miami, too. 5 Stars!"
"While I am grateful that there are services available to expedite renewal, I felt sorely undervalued by "the passport office" It seems for the hefty sum of 758.00, I should get some service on the back end. While I realize that you office mainly handles the filing, I find the lack of customer service once docs have been submitted to be deplorable. I submitted application on a Friday afternoon and paid for three day expedited service with a hard travel date. I heard nothing from the Passport Office personel and finally reached out on the following Wed. I was told not to worry, that i would probably hear something on the following day... I did not. I again was forced to call the office and inquire. I recieved no further reassurance. Friday morning came (a full week after submission, and the day of my travel) and I received an email at 840 am telling me the passport had shipped and would arrive on the following day. Obviously, things needed to be dealt with if I was to leave on time. Once again I called the passport office and was told, sorry, there is nothing we can do, it is at the sorting center... I asked if it was possible for them to call the sorting center or to give me the number so that I could and received a cool response. I reminded them that I had paid for expedited service and it seemed like they should be helping in some way - at that point he told me he would look into it and call me back. In the end, it came down to me looking up the sorting center on my own, then driving there and speaking with someone who was nice enough to apply a little customer service. They were able to reach the courier and asked them to hold the passport so I could pick up. While I realize the Passport Office is a third party service provider and has no control over the US government, it certainly seems like I should get some extra customer service/communication that is not driven by me when I am paying almost double the fee charged for a regular renewal. Now I find myself writing this review after just getting off the phone to ask for a copy of my receipt (I was never given one). Great concept - sloppy execution"
"I needed a new passport for my daughter to travel in a week. I was in panic mode. I went online to get the number for the office in Atlanta and realized that there was actually an office in Decatur. I called and made the appointment, the lady I spoke with was awesome, she took her time and explained exactly what I needed to do prior to my appointment and what to bring on the day of the appointment. On the morning of the appointment, as I was driving there, I received a call, stating that I would have to reschedule due to an incident that happened at the facility. Alex guided me step by step with what my other options were and I followed through and within 3 business days I had the passport in my hands βοΈ. I must truly say that they are very efficient! Thanks guys!!!!"
"I work on cruise ships 2 weeks every month and my passport was expiring and I didn't have 18 weeks to wait to get a new one. I went to The Passport Office in Orlando and got my passport 9 days later. It was so easy, I ordered 3-5 weeks as I took a month off from work but got it so quickly plus they kept me informed each step of the way. Yes it was expensive but worth every penny for the convenience and speed and they were so nice and no stress at all. I didn't even have to worry about the photo, they took it there for $10. Well worth every penny I spent."
"Abi was amazing! She was so patient with me and explained everything in great detail. I was in a bind and she made this process so easy. This service is worth the monthly!"
