"Think twice before booking. OMG I didn't know how much cigarettes smoke were in that room until after I left. This is because they cover it up with air freshener. I should had known because there one outside my door and inside the room. OMG, All my clothes, bags, handbag have absorbed the smoke and room odor. Only God knows what damage done to my lungs for sleeping in this room for few days. Think twice people before you book. The Bathroom area smells stink like septic backup. The Tub stopper broken inside tub. The Floor was filthy dirty till your feet will be black with grime. The Pillows are sweaty. Bring your own items, nothing in room except towels. The Sofa was greasy. I Didn't like how some individual were just sitting in their cars in the parking lot like they selling things to others."
"This is an economy hotel with a rate of approximately $85 .. much less than the other hotels in the area. It's an older hotel but in my opinion, well maintained. Sure there are some scuff marks and dings left by other guests; they can't fix every nick and scratch. I slept great, hallways were quiet, A/C worked, I felt safe, room was super clean .. what more do you need. If you're looking for frills and fluff, go a mile away and pay $150 more per night. You get the sleeping area, living area and small kitchen. A family of 4 could be there comfortably without being under each others feet. We were very happy guests and would love to go back!"
"Front desk receptionist was laughing and speaking with another co worker about "how much this hotel sucks" as soon as we walked in (9pm). Had a friend also by counter talking with her, who had to move out of the way, so we could check in. She continued to talk with co -worker and friend while checking us in. Not really acknowledging us. Another customer was complaining to her about something at the same time, as they handed her their room keys back the woman said to her "I hope you find a better job" At this point she told me it would be $100 deposit. I had already paid for hotel in full so wasn't expecting that charge to then be refunded less than 12 hours later since we checked out at 8am. I then had to wait 5-7 days for that back. Hotel smelled like garbage. It was a very strong smell from lobby to our room. The hallways were the worse. The room was very spacious and had a nice setup, but it was old and dirty. It smelled like someone had their animals in there and smoked inside room. The bed sheets had someone's long hair all over it. Not just one hair, a bunch from the pillows to under the covers. You can tell the sheets were not changed before us. Luckily I brought my own blanket since I was not going to sleep under the covers. No extra pillows or blankets were provided inside room either when this room was suppose to sleep 4 people (sofa bed) Bathroom shower curtain is hung too high at end that the curtain sits in the middle of tub. Water from shower went all over the floor since the curtain wouldn't shut. This has caused the floor to buckle in bathroom. I honestly couldn't wait to leave this hotel. We booked for our daughter's cheer competition which was at the Orange County Convention Center close by, and just needed a place to sleep for the night. I didn't want to spend a lot for something we couldn't enjoy. I definitely got what I paid for. Lesson learned for us. I will say this hotel has potential. Its a nice size room and has all you need. Just need better staff, housekeeping that clean, and major renovations. Checking out the next morning, receptionist was amazing and kind."
"I suppose you get what you pay for. The rooms are in need of renovation. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The tub (though clean) has worn down to reveal streaks. The carpet was old. The bathtub area was so dim it was hard to see. The sink faucet was corroded. That was all the negative, however the staff were off the chart kind, professional, and friendly. The location is great. This place would be great if they just did some much needed routine maintenance or a renovation."
"The hallways reek of smoke, air freshener, and weed. The “continental breakfast” is granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. During the first night there was a loud party in the courtyard until 11pm. One night there was no hot water for the shower in multiple rooms. The rooms are in various states of disrepair. Paint peeling, pieces of stuff on the floors, the carpets are filthy, and there are various things that are sticky. The bed was very lumpy however no bed bugs! The front staff are very nice! That is the only thing that has saved this place from getting one star from me. For the price of this place, you would be better off going somewhere else."
