"Very clean. This is a very important issue since there are lots of hotels in Orlando with reviews complaining from bed bugs and lice. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Also great location. I recommend it."

"This was a great hotel . It was very clean. The staff were all very nice and took care of everything we needed right away. It was close to the convention center, just a couple minutes drive, I walked there and it took less then 20 minutes."

"Very clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast daily with plenty of seating. The room service had forgotten to refill the shampoo bottle and the smoke detector started chirping at 03:45 in the morning the last day of my 3-day stay. I mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout, and the desk agent said merely “sorry.” Thought they would say they would get maintenance on it pronto."

"Okay first of all the staff is incredible The manager is awesome. They agreed to allow me to have some large boxes shipped to the hotel and did us a solid of holding them for 2 weeks till we got there. Breakfast was good the rooms were great location is very very central to everything both the convention center and restaurants and things. And the price was way lower than I expected. All in all a terrific experience at a great value. Would definitely go back and bring my team"

"Stayed for 2 nights. Did tell the front desk all of the below when I checked out. Just wanted to write this as a follow up in case they didn't note any of this. Also, when I checked out another guest was checking out and made complaints as well. We both said we wouldn't stay here again. First I was not told I had to pay for parking when I checked in. It was $5+tax not a big deal, but when I woke up to a charge on my card the next morning I was a bit confused. I found a bug not sure it didn't fly, but looked like a small fly in the bathroom. I killed it and moved on. The next night I killed 4 more and just decided to ride it out since I was leaving in the morning. I killed 3 more the next morning as I was getting ready. There are 3 elevators only one works and is super slow. I don't mind taking the stairs, but I was on the 6th floor and obviously won't take the stairs with luggage. They also don't offer complimentary water. Even at breakfast no water. (The front desk told me to ask for it at breakfast. Strange that I have to ask for water but not other things.)They have juice and milk at breakfast and coffee and hot water for tea all day. If you can't afford to give free water then trade the free coffee and tea for free water. It can be room temperature too. The AC unit was super loud. I had a very hard time sleeping both nights even though I was exhausted."
