"After dealing with so many other HVAC companies that were super sales heavy, disingenuous, and reviews that contradicted all their claims. It was great to have finally have come across Leo who even climbed up into my attic to make sure my existing duct worked supported a longer ton unit, which by the way made me aware of the fact that I probably don’t need a full ton upgrade and possibly lead to bigger problems if the unit it’s too large and cools the area too fast without taking out the humidity. Every other HVAC sales that came along didn’t really do any real calculation or determinations just were quick to upsell me on a unit that was a full ton larger using outdated methods. And no other sales even checked or confirmed if the duck work I had even supported the tonnage they were trying to sell me. Lastly I’ll always like to support a smaller local business that I know cares to do the job right and build great relationships with the customer, unlike these large businesses that somehow think their selling point of background checking someone qualifies the quality of their employees work. And based on the reviews you can instantly tell those large businesses pretend to have your back until they have separated you from your money."

"This is the second time this year that my AC has acted up. The first time I called Empire they discovered my blow motor was out. Empire gave me NOT ONLY the best price for the part but the installation and service. When I called, they came within a few hours and on time. All was fixed. About 6 months later the AC stopped working. I called again and they were here within 1 hour! They showed me, AND told me exactly what was wrong and how they couldn't repair it with just a simple fix, showing me that their suggestions were NOT just in the interest of them making money. We came up with a solution. The communication and guarantee from this company are excellent. AC is not a cheap thing to deal with and when mine went out the second time they even provided me with a temporary unit to get me by. I can't say enough good things about them. 100/10 I recommend them! Leo and his crew have the best customer service hands down."

"I cannot recommend Leo enough. He polite and professional, always on time. And doesn’t want to over charge you. I promise you that! I had the big companies come out (think Joe Cool) they were going to charge me 2K to clean my mini split. And it would have required to shut down the system for a few days, take the coil to the shop, and according to them it would take 9 plus hours… Leo came in, has a water solution based system. Took maybe five minutes. Good as new. For 1 percent of the price! Save the research. Just go with Leo."
