"Came back from a trip and one of the wheel of our rolling hang bag was frayed and raveling, stopped by to get a price on repair. It was $65 for both wheels to be replaced, seemed fair as the wheels were riveted into the base plate. Picked up the case today, it was perfect, just like new and ready for thousands of more air travel. The price was fair and reasonable as new case is $250 and up."
