"Definitely recommend REM. We got a lot of quotes when looking for a new AC system and REM was definitely the most through in their quote and inspection of our old system. Other companies never spent more than a few minutes looking at our old set up, and Chris took the time to really look what we needed and were the only ones to bother checking our duct work. He was super knowledgeable and really took the time to explain any issues without being pushy. He was really great! Our old system purchased by the previous homeowner was a mess and we knew going into it that we were going to have to pay to fix their mistakes. Although REM wasn't our cheapest quote they were not too far off and they were offering to install higher quality equipment, were the most knowledge, and when installation day came the team was a well oiled machine that really made a point to get all the details perfect and take the time to explain everything we needed to know.
