"I took my Bose sound bar and they told me it was too expensive to repair. I went to pick it up and not only did he get upset that I was picking up, but he took 20 mins to give it back to me. I took it elsewhere and was told they me it was missing parts. That's probably why he took 20 mins to return it to me. That's not the first electronic device they told me the same thing about. These people keep your electronics to resell them or take parts to repair others. THIEVES!!!"

"Worst service ever. I ask the guy for a price to recone a speaker. Told me to leave the speakers and $30 to check them. I had no problem with that. But then he tells me it’s about $300 for each speaker. The speakers are alpine 15” type R. That’s the cost for each. The guy was rude and just didn’t want to do the job. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Excellent service, professional, honest and courteous!! I took a Harman Kardon subwoofer that had been dropped very hard and stopped working. I left it for a diagnostic, I got a call back next day with the repair price and an explanation of what was needed. Two days later I got another call letting me know that it was ready. My subwoofer has been working perfectly ever since (this was 4 months ago), I really thought that a repair wasn't possible. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen at the reception, I apologize for it, but he was great. They were always very honest, precise, and respectful, and the repair price was completely reasonable. I read other reviews before going, and after having an actual experience I would rely way more on the positive reviews. I would recommend this business to any friend or family.
