"Vesta properties don’t care about residents or their safety. In the month of August 2023 alone there were 4 separate incidents involving vehicles including my brothers motorcycle being stolen right from the parking lot. The incident happened in the same area where a street light is broken and was reported broken several times by multiple different people. It’s still not functioning correctly to this day. We have been in contact with the office who said they sent out “notices” to residents and have yet to receive one via email, physical mail, or letter on the door. We’ve had to ask the neighbors for any information regarding anything that is going on in our community of Pickwick Park. Just last night there was a robbery in our same area and the police went door to door till I answered at 2:30 in the morning, they were asking for our camera footage that we had put up after my brother’s motorcycle was stolen. We also reported this incident to the office and all they said is that they we’re getting brighter street lights when the one next to me still isn’t even fixed. Something needs to be done."

"They keep sending me bills I don't owe for 9 months now and can't or wont do anything about it. I sent them my checking statements, but the local guy gave some babble about they are still waiting for corrected data from the previous owner. It doesn't that I sent proof that I paid the bills. They'll never receive any new info this much later. It's totally ridiculous. I'm sick of them."

"Allen Beach and his techs did a great job replacing a part of my fence that came down. The service was very fast with good communication. They worked around complications, taking the time to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted."

"Chris Clark did an amazing job in Arbor greens, the sprinklers have all been replaced, compared to the other property manager who did nothing he responded so quickly and even gave me a call when it was complete! Great job."

"HOA's and property management... we'll they are what they are. Arbor Greens has a good one though in the new manager Chris Clark. He is brand new to Vesta and Gainesville but hit the ground running. Listened to our matter objectively, communicated well and dealt with it as a human, not an HOA robot. Kudos to Chris, we got a good one for Arbor Greens."
