"I love Lake Crossing! Their office is the best in Gainesville, they are always available for any requests. Terri is the best manager who is always available for any help or questions. She follows all requests and makes sure residents are satisfied. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Kaitlyn, the assistant manager is very pleasant to talk to and my kids like her so much. The maintenance team are always available all the time and requests are completed timely. Shawn and his team are friendly and very organized. Timely maintenance is one of the best things in Lake Crossing; while my friends in other condos complain about delays in maintenance requests, it’s one of the things I always brag about ! Other than that the condo is always clean; I see Terri and Shawn always around making sure that everything is in order ! Thank you Lake Crossing Team!! Lake Crossing is a quiet and safe neighborhood and the zoned schools are among the best in Gainesville! We have been here for 7 years with no complaints at all !"

"I am on my third lease at this complex and I just love it here so much. It's super family friendly and communal, and the area is great. The apartments are lovely and even though I still live in an outdated unit, I don't really mind because I like the way they were made as is! The front office staff has always been super friendly and as helpful as they can be. Very responsive too if you text them. Terri, the property manager has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond. I even forgot to bring my plants inside on a power washing day and she was so kind as to offer to bring them inside for me since I was at work, so they wouldn't be harmed from the chemicals. HUGE help! I usually recommend Lake Crossing to anyone who is looking for an apartment, as long as it's in their budget, since it's so comfortable and convenient. Will hopefully be renewing here for the rest of my time in Gainesville!"

"I've been at Lake Crossing for over 3 years now. The team is amazing to work with - they are always communicative, responsive and helpful, and, the neighbors are friendly. The staff offer so many ways to engage in with the neighbors. They are are progressive with improvements to the neighborhood and keep it pleasant for the tenants. The overall environment is calm and peaceful. I would, and have, recommend Lake Crossing to find a place you call home."

"We have been renting at Lake Crossing since August, and we are so pleased we chose this complex. The property is well maintained, conveniently located, and peaceful. The best part, though, is the staff! The entire staff is so welcoming, professional, and responsive. Plus they host regular events and activities for the residents to enjoy.
