"As a real estate agent, I had high expectations for this community. But it was a disappointment to say the least. From the amount of bugs in the apartments, the racial profiling with the staff and car break-ins, I was happy to not renew my lease. They overcharged the move out process to make sure you don’t recover your security deposit and speak to you in a rude condensing manner. The walls are thin and you can hear everything in your apartment. They allow parties in the middle of the night and your only option is to call the police because there is no security on sight. It was not a pleasant experience outside of the kid’s playground and the pool. This community is catered towards Gator Football players and UF students. I do not recommend this community to anyone who desires peace and bug free home."

"Just recently moved in and love it so far! This place is huge and the amenities are amazing. Everything in my apartment seems to work great which is awesome. Very safe place overall. The only down fall are thin walls so I can hear a lot going on but all my neighbors are quiet at night so no issues here. Highly recommend this place!"

"I've called Noble on Newberry home since August 2023 and have experienced a blend of small delights and significant disappointments. On the plus side, the entrance is aesthetically pleasing, and the complimentary morning coffee for residents is a nice touch. However, these perks are overshadowed by several drawbacks. My move-in experience was tainted with appliance issues: a defective washer/dryer combo greeted me. While the washer saw a quick fix, the dryer remained partially unusable, limiting me to its time-dry function only. My ice maker joined the list of dysfunctional amenities, remaining inoperative for three months, with the alternative being a trek downstairs to the communal ice supply. The property's soundproofing is severely lacking, with relentless dog barking piercing through the thin walls. Despite complaints to management and even law enforcement, the issue persists, met with the dismissive view that "dogs will be dogs," contradicting the lease agreements. I must also highlight the less-than-fresh odor often lingering in the back elevators, reminiscent of wet dog, and the unsettling presence of small black roaches in the outside hallways. The management's follow-through on complaints is lackluster, leading me to recommend future and current residents to opt for written email complaints to ensure there's a record of correspondence. While Noble on Newberry shines in presentation, the living experience is dimmed by these unresolved issues, warranting serious consideration for anyone planning to move here."

The staff and the manager they are so professional and always for help when you need it . Maintenance department are responsible and responsive , service get done quickly and with perfection ."
