"My son lived there when it was the previous management and left two years ago. The previous management had multiple email addresses that kept bouncing. They never returned the security deposit. The new company thinks it’s none of their problem and just hang up. Utterly despicable people and place. Thieves. Nothing short of that. To answer that cop out of an answer below: who cares. You’re just changing names. It’s still the same property. You’re still owing us the deposit. Also: current management practice is to hang up on people. You hung up on me. And then on my wife. That was today. That’s on you. That’s reflective of your management company."
"I have loved my time at garden view apartments, the new management is so on top of everything and I’ve had no issues. The manager stacey especially is amazing and so sweet. They’ve done a lot of work turning this complex into a cute oasis with the remodeled apartments and keeping the grounds clean. Also the maintenance team is super friendly (:"
"Do not rent from here!!!! the front office has terrible management in there that talk to you like trash, they rent out apartments with mold and mildew that are also roach infested.. even the “renovated” apartments are put together and they just spray paint the cabinets and other problems and you better pray the unit wont flood because you’ll come home to a hurricane.. they’ll rent you apartment and switch the unit because another tenant needed it.. please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
"I have lived here for one year and just renewed. I have had a very positive experience so far. The community is quiet and peaceful. The apartments are nicely situated between campus and shopping areas. The staff is wonderful. Courtney in the office is very helpful and always cheerful. The maintenance guys are great and always respond quickly to repair requests. The new management seems to be making vast improvements to the property. Overall, I am very happy living here."
