"We attempted to go with Nicole of the Pro Team woth Keller Williams Realty. Initially, everything seemed great. However, things went south very quickly. Nicole was very pushy about us going with Keller Mortgage, their in-house lender. She tried to tell us we didn't need to look at other lenders, and was extremely aggressive about us using Keller Mortgage. At the same time, she didn't send us a single listing, and just waited for us to send listings to her. When I sent her a house we were interested in, she asked me to send her the realtor info. Seems like she was more interested in us finanancing a home than actually finding one. We applied with a couple of other lenders, and got much better financing options. At that point, my husband and I decided that Nicole wasn't a good fit for us, and wanted to go with another realtor and lender. I sent her an email explaining that we would be oing another way, amd apologized for any inconvenience. I didn't think it would be a hige deal since had only met with her once, and she hadn't sent or shown us a single house. Boy, was I wrong. Immediately after I sent the email, I received multiple calls and texts from Nicole and the Pro Team. Saying everything from it's great that I found another lender, asking me if I would reconsider using Nicole as our realtor, saying horrible things about the other lender, and more. When I didn't respond, Nicole sent me an email apologizing for the situation I was put in, and telling me they would give me a closing cost credit to come back to them. I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism I was shown by Keller Williams, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
