"On a late Saturday afternoon, as the family was getting ready for a Christmas party, the water started backing up into our showers and toilets. Turns out we had a main line blockage. In panic and desperation, we started trying to find someone to help us. We were guided to Anchor Contracting Services. Being late in the day, on a weekend, during the holidays, I was worried we were going to be left high and dry, literally, not being able to use the water in our house. Courtney on the phone was friendly and helpful, and told me she was going to see what she could do. Within a few minutes, she called me back to tell me that Mike would be coming over after finishing a job he was on. He arrived as promised, and spent the next hour and a half working to resolve our issue. This involved going up on our roof, in the dark of night, lugging large and heavy equipment, up a ladder in the dark. Mike worked until everything was working properly again, even though it was late, and I'm sure he would rather have been home with his family. He was friendly, diligent, and completely cleaned everything up when he was done. I've made sure to keep all their contact information, as I'm sure they will be our go-to company next time we need a plumber. They were truly awesome!"

He installed two new showers for me and while he was there I mentioned I had to put in a garbage disposal and he told me to get it and he'd install that too.
