"I originally contacted Lee Service to install a new system in 2020 as my existing units were 20 years old. They installed for a good price but the system has never worked correctly due to a leak and charging me for more refrigerant $$ dye packs $$ and running a whole new 70 foot new line set. $$$. They have been here 9 times over the last 2 years just filing the unit up and taking off without investigating the issue. I have been very patient with them. The last few months they have started to be unresponsive or not showing up and I called another company for a second opinion. It took them 5 minutes to find the leak (dye all over the coils) and suggested the original company should make this right since I have paid so much already. Lee services was contacted and they claim that are coming today. I will update on whether this gets resolved. I hope so. Living in FL with new AC not working right for 2 years has been hell."
