"Adams Electronics Tampa is AMAZING! Not only did Mike repair my Jura Coffee Machine he throughly cleaned and checked it over to prevent further breakdowns and he educated me on how to clean and care for the unit on my own. On top of all of that I moved over 1000 miles away about 3 months after he serviced it and was having problem reassembling the machine. Mike worked tirelessly and patiently with me on the phone and via email to make sure I put it together correctly and that it worked. If I need service in the future I will ship the machine to Tampa. They are worth every penny they need to charge to provide the excellent service they give!!!"
"I had a high hope Adam's Electronics can fix my components, but he was not able to fix my two B&K FM tuners and Sony DAT recorder. It took a very long time but the result was disappointing. Of course, he collected all of the diagnostic fees without exception. Update 1: He diagnosed one motor was out, he was not able to replace it due to no replacement part being available. In fact, the table motors could not rotate due to brake lining debris stuck to the tables. The deck is fixed and working fine. Update 2: There was no recommendation for the B&K Tuner due to no B&K button panel being available. Thorough cleaning all buttons and contacts with Deoxit solved my problem. The tuner is working as it used to be!"
