"**Beware** Clermont plumbing (also listed as central Florida plumbing) came out to assess my water heater due to us not having any hot water. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked if they were licensed and insured and was told yes by the man who answered the phone. I asked for their license number and was told they don’t give it over the phone but it would be on my invoice. One positive thing is they did send a technician out the next day. After assessing our unit I was told it was broken and I would need a new unit. Mind you our house is not even 3 years old. They advised they could replace it and quoted me $1100 which seemed expensive so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I was charged the $95 service fee and when I received the invoice there was no license number listed on it like I had been told there would be. After getting a second opinion from another company I was told I didn’t need to replace my unit and that the thermostats in the unit had burned out and needed to be replaced. After they were replaced our hot water returned. The second company also told me that $1100 for a new hot water heater is insanely expensive and most don’t cost that much. I’m so glad I chose to get a second opinion, otherwise I would have been out $1100. I do not suggest using this company, they are clearly out to take your money!"

The head of the plumbing team is one of my favorite trades because he takes the time to explain everything and does great work."

"This company was hired to remove our gas stove and dishwasher from our kitchen. The first time they came, they were 2 hours late to their initial quoted time. I then needed to have my gas stove and dishwasher re-Installed a week after and thought I would give them a second chance. I scheduled the plumbers to come to my house between 1-3 on Saturday. I called the company from 1:15-2:45 on that Saturday to confirm their attendance, as I had never received a confirmation after scheduling. At 2:45 when someone finally answered, I was told the plumber was running late but would be there shortly. At approx. 4:00pm I received a call from the plumber working the job and was told that he received the wrong address from the office and he was 45 min away from my house. It is worth noting, that the plumber was very nice and courteous on the phone and this issue is not one that was created by him, he was simply doing what he was told. While talking with him I again mentioned that it was a gas stove, which he then stated that he was never told it was a gas hook up and that he does not work on gas, there is only 1 person in the company that does. I was told by him and another individual that I would receive a call from the owner to rectify the issue. I waited 2 hours for a call, never received one and lost hope in waiting. Not only was I unable to get my products re-installed I wasted a whole Saturday waiting for them at my house. I would only recommend using this company if you have time to waste waiting for them or if you are OK with your job not getting done when it is supposed to."

"I called about having a shower valve replaced. $85.00 for initial service tech to come and take a look. Gave a quote and then came back worked on it for a while. Said he would come back next day. Shows up 2 days later finishes. We pay the rest 450 over Zelle. Now it turns out there are some issues with the job and we cant contact the guy. Called the Company and it turns out he is a Subcontractor and Company is not responsible."
