"Absolutely atrocious service (this DOES NOT include the Quicklane). They had my truck for 8 days before even looking at it. Was told multiple times by the service rep that it was being looked at and it was 'fixed' or 'done'. All lies, to buy them time. Then told me that I had to come into the dealership and drive my truck w/ the shop foreman to prove that my truck was having issues w/ the cruise control. Even though, I had provided the service rep w/ videos of the cruise not working. Literally 2 minutes into the drive, the cruise control was acting up. Such a waste of my time. Told the shop foreman what was going on w/ the service rep and he confirmed that the service reps 'lie' to buy time. Then, I asked multiple times about my warranty and received no response until I went to pick up my truck after they replaced the buttons on the steering wheel. At that point was told my warranty had expired (fine, but would've liked to know before I got to the dealership). All in all, I'm furious with the service department at this location. Gave them a 1 on the survey they sent me and haven't heard from anyone. To top it all off, my cruise stopped working again today. It's been 11 days! So now I have to call them and deal w/ their bullcrap again."

"Very happy with the service from Ford of Clermont. I’ve had the regular service done here for my Explorer ST since I purchased it from them in July 2022. They not only did all the required work, plus one recall item, they also fixed a backup camera issue I didn’t even mention. And the recall item was to install an AC panel that should have been on the car but was not available at the time of purchase due to COVID supply chain issue issues. No intention of ever going anywhere else. Thanks!"

"Ford corrected all my recalls and provided a rental due to the length of service. Personal was very nice and pick up was easy. The only reason for removing a star was the fact that my Lightning came back 52% in charge, and my truck was covered in pollen. Luckily, I didn't need to drive around the same day, or I would have run out of charge."

"David Gaines and the service team had a lot on their plate with our vehicle and it needing immediate repair in Clermont FL. We had a back order of parts and they had more work than expected. The team worked to get the parts in and service done, all while being under pressure as we were under pressure. They handled the pressure and business with the utmost professionalism. This is a group commercial or a residential consumer should bring their vehicle for repair. Well done. Shane"

"Overall great service. The advisor mentioned they will call me when the part came in I never heard back from the advisor until I had to call to check on the status. When I got a rental their partner enterprise called me advising me if I do not return today they will charge me but I have not heard from Ford stating my car was done so I was rushing in the rain to get to the dealer before they closed. I would recommend that the service manager from Ford in the enterprise manager needs to connect to advise him not to contact Ford’s customers until four and has made communication with their customer first. As a customer this tells me that Ford informed enterprise before I did that my car was done so they did not have to pay another day but failed to advise the customer their car is ready for pick up also I would recommend if it’s later in the day they should have first thing in the morning to drop off the rental car before getting charge since the customer may be at work just like I was."
