"My experience at this uBreakiFix location was nothing short of exceptional. If I could leave more than 5 stars I certainly would. I was having issues with my gaming PC after a lightning storm and my initial inquiry was with Andrew. He was friendly, informative, and patient when I was explaining the details of the issue I was having. From there, I dealt pretty much exclusively with Devon. Immediately I could tell that he knew extensively what he was talking about and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to working on these pieces of technology. Devon took the time to patiently and thoroughly walk me through what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and what to expect as far as possible issues, repairs, cost etc. was concerned. He too was very patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me to understand the next steps and what would make the most sense when moving forward with the repairs. He never made me feel rushed or like I was getting the runaround or oversold on pieces or parts that I did not need. My experience with Devon has earned this uBreakiFix location a repeat customer for as long as I am in the business for any tech repairs I may encounter moving forward. He adds tremendous value to this store.
