He quoted me an extremely good price and even threw in a iwave oder removal system at no extra cost. He could tell I kept cats around and really needed the system. His workers were so polite and respectful. They had some unforseen things come up that most company's would have charged extra for, but never once did they ever mention charging me extra for anything. "Chad Johnson is awesome! We are currently trying to purchase a house in the bay and I called him to inspect the HVAC on the property from outta state, aside from the property inspector. Second opinions are always necessary with a huge move out of state. He went over to the property as soon as I called him. He met with our realtor and gave us a honest opinion with different options and quotes on what to replace, since we are getting the run around from the sellers and misleading information from the sellers too. Chad is a hard working, honest man that went out of his way to help my family with questions and different options, during this stressful time.
