My client had company coming and could not possibly live without the freezer and ice maker and Ron repaired it on the spot.. Thank you for such great service."

Waited 2 weeks for a call to schedule a visit and was told the parts would be ordered and they would call us when they came in. it's been a month now and we have not received any calls and they do not answer their phone and voicemail is full. "Very unsatisfied with this experience. We brought our 4 year old Samsung washing machine in because it kept giving us a "dc" error code. We looked it up and that meant the load was unbalanced. After several months of dealing with this issue, we finally brought it in. He charged us something like $35 to "diagnose it". He said he ran a test load and it worked fine. Then after 3 weeks, we finally got the washing machine back along with the bill. $35 for a drain hose, $19 for shipping charges and $85 for an hour's worth of labor only to tell us that the DRAIN HOSE needed to be replaced. $180 to replace the DRAIN HOSE. We loaded it back up in the truck and got it home only to run one cycle and it was STILL giving us the same "dc" error code. Nothing had been fixed at all. We called them back and were told to bring it back in AGAIN and then pay (for the second time) to diagnose it and figure out what was wrong with it this time. He told us over the phone that it sounded like the suspension rod. VERY VERY unhappy with this company and this service. We were ripped off and had no choice but to pay $180 for a freaking drain hose. If it was "diagnosed" properly when we initially brought it in, they would have known what was actually wrong with it and fixed it all at once. 2 months later we still don't have a working washing machine and we are out $180 plus whatever else it is going to cost to ACTUALLY fix the problem. I DO NOT recommend this company in any way, shape or form."

"I used Appliance Doctor to put in a gas fireplace insert, a gas line and they put in a gas heater in my shop. They put everything in from putting in the tank and trenching it all the way up to the house from the backyard. They put in the fireplace insert, a grill hookup and a heater in my shop. I would recommend them to anybody. They did the work as scheduled. They did it all as prescribed. They did very good quality work. They did everything as planned. They answered any questions or concerns I had right on the spot. They showed me ahead of time what they were going to do. There was no guesswork about it. Their price was a little higher but I paid for the quality."
