"DO NOT TRUST!!! We made the unfortunate choice of having them install a new AC unit and Air Exchange System. During a follow up warranty issue with the new system they disconnected and failed to reconnect the overflow protection system. The system subsequently overflowed and caused thousands of dollars in damage to multiple rooms in our home. Emerald Coast AC & Heating refused to return multiple calls and text messages; they ghosted us. Their insurance company informed us “Emerald Coast Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. has not complied with their obligations under the policy” and therefore they were unable to pay on our claim for this allegedly “insured” business. Our Homeowners Insurance has taken them to court. DO NOT USE EMERALD COAST AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!"
