"“Luxury Bungalow in STA. Pet friendly!” Our stay was Wonderful, it was comfortable, and in a safe location for me and my mom to stay. The home is very nicely decorated. The pictures on the website are very accurate. As soon as you step inside the house you feel very much at home. Not one single detail was missed; you have everything you need and more. The self check-in was smooth. The location was perfect; definitely 5 minutes from downtown historic St Augustine. The neighborhood is up and coming with newer homes surrounding the area. The home was also very clean, especially for being a pet friendly home. I’ve Never Experienced this before booking from an Airbnb, Vacasa, or Turnkey properties. My family and I always bring cleaning supplies to clean the surfaces, especially the bathrooms. But this time we didn’t have to do anything. Their cleaning crew did an excellent job. Don’t be hesitant in booking with this property management because there isn’t much reviews posted for this home. I almost didn’t book because of this, but I’m Glad I did. Looking forward to exploring other properties/locations for our next vacation."

"We spent a girls weekend in Annapolis. The house was beautiful and in walking distance to downtown Annapolis. We had tons of fun going to see bands play and sleeping late in the comfortable beds. You can't park on the street during the day for more than 2 hours without a permit but there is a parking garage about 100 yards away. We will definitely book again."

"My best friend and I went to a Jaguars game for MNF and needed a nice spacious, clean and affordable place to stay. The convenience of the location right next to the stadium was an incredible bonus. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We had an issue with something and immediately got a response with an offer to have someone come out and look at it. But all was well. I would definitely recommend this location for others and 100% would come back."

"This house felt like home! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The house was well equipped for a long stay. The furnishings and layout were perfect. My family thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong table in the renovated garage. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was convenient. The property is well maintained and very clean.
