InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Beach Blvd

"I stayed here well over 6 years ago and I guess it was cleaned up then because I just went to visit a family member whom is staying there and OMG. We parked 2 doors down from their room but before we could get out of the car a guy solicited us for drugs. Then when walking to the room there were 2 people under the stairs (the girl on her knees in front of the guy) in plain view for all to see. As I was getting back in the car I noticed 2 uncaped syringes in the parking space next to where we parked!! We decided when leaving to pull around the building and on the other side was some people smoking meth under the opposite stair case!! This place has gone down hill!! The rooms and furniture are still nice and clean and updated but getting to your room is a whole different story!!"

"I wanted to look at my sister's room before she payed because we had some issues with other hotels in Jacksonville. Issues like, filth, appliances not working, water backups, hotel personnel stealing out of guest rooms, managers with no regard for your missing items or guest safety. So I definitely wanted to see the room. I went to the room, as soon as I opened the door, I walked to the phone called Dana and told her that she would take it. Dana was and continued to be nice and courteous. Housekeeping and or maintenance was there whenever we needed. Premium room was perfect (by the way, I never checked the faucets or anything else cause the room was the best I saw the whole trip that I was there. Do not go to In Town Suites Atlantic Blvd they steal, anytime someone steals your study Bible , yeah that part. I'm not gonna mention the other things stolen. Do not go to the Extended Stay Deerwood Park location. Breakfast is eaten by employees, what's left is scarce. No forks or spoons. I'm disabled and was concerned about injuring myself because they would not move us to a room with the tub working properly. I ended up falling while showering, sore,bruised and the only thing the general manager was concerned with was payment. In Town Suites Beach Blvd. is the only place I will be staying, clean, no bugs. new furniture, great staff. The only inconvenience was that the elevator wasn't working. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. I wanted to do 5. I'll be returning there soon. Hopefully the elevator is working or I can get on the first floor at least."

"Stayed here for 19 months. The staff here treated me amazingly well from day one Always very helpful in anyway they could be. My room had been partially renovated and the new furniture was beautiful. There were occasional maintenance issues at the property but, that's to be expected in these types of places."

"The rooms could be cleaner! After checking in I had to run to Walmart for cleaning supplies and gave everything a once over. I believe they had housekeepers not show up for work. If you stay tell them you don't want to be by the garbage bin. It gets picked up every morning at about 4 and it isn't quiet."
