"We stayed here an overnight before our Cruise and the suite was immaculate and clean. Facilities were fantastic. The views from suite were spectacular. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We caught a free monorail from Brickle down to bay side which was great. Definitely recommend."

"Usually I would give 4 to 5 stars to such a hotel. The rooms are clean, and nice, but the hotel room we had was not the best one could get. Our hotel room was next door to the hotel's 4 elevator, and the sound of the machinery could be heard clearly through the wall. We also had a large kitchen, but it lacked a lot of kitchen utensils, so we couldn't really use the kitchen for anything. But would still recommend this hotel as the location is really nice. There is about 25 minutes drive to a really nice beach from the hotel and free local high train in the area. Free parking is also available in the hotel's parking garage. The entire hotel is safe, with plenty of surveillance. There is a pool on the 9th floor, where there is also Nice fitness room. Lovely hotel, as long as one's hotel room is not next door to their elevator."

"Rather strange. Compares poorly to a hotel in many ways that matter to travelers. Bathroom storage is almost nonexistent. We had to put things on the floor, both in the bathroom and the shower. There's no place to hang towels. Had to come up with some creative ways to hang them. Hard, very cold tile throughout. Perhaps that's a Miami thing but had to leave socks on all the time. Stark white interior - floor, walls, and most of the furniture. Some may like it but not to my taste. For some unknown reason I had to park on the seventh floor of the parking garage. Passed a lot of unused spaces on the way up (at a time when most guests would be in their room). Shower pressure was OK. Hot water was OK (really wanted steaming hot but couldn't get close to that). Bed was fine and slept reasonably well. Nice, spacious gym with decent equipment and good variety. Nice outdoor pool on the ninth floor. Overall, did not care for this place and we will without question stay at a hotel over this place next time."

"Very nice apartment complex! We stayed one day/night prior to our cruise and I'd definitely stay here again! The staff made sure EVERYTHING was to our liking, and if not they'd do whatever it took to make our stay the best. It's very secure, has great views and it's within walking distance of everything, including the ocean!"
