I have been chasing Richard’s the owner of this supposed vacation rental business for three weeks and it appear the “vacation” portion of the business description actually indicates that the business itself is on a permanent vacation. Don’t expect to ever get a live body to answer the phone, but do expect to wait at least several days if you are lucky to even get an email response. While I surpass the ‘minimum stay’ noted in the property descriptions for each of those I inquired about/requested to book, I continue to hear nothing.I continue to hear nothing. I can deal with unprofessional individuals such him; I just feel bad for the folks whose properties he represents."

"We have gone for 8 weeks with the carpet, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath Completely torn apart. The landlord has refused to make it right. The photos show the property when we moved in. The refrigerator has gone out 4wks ago. They are not fixing it!! We have another 3rds left in our lease. Can’t wait until we get out of here!!!!! Try living with out 1/2 of a house and no refrigerator. Never been late on a payment"

"They (the agency) is not responsive to emails or phone calls. Sent three emails just to ascertain the location of the keys to the condo I rented. When we arrived we found that there was no hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board or alarm clock. It would have been appreciated a heads up that this condo did not come with these items. Why would they not mention this in the description. My friends who rent condos at Legends said they all have these items. You should check to see if they have items you are assuming they have. Don"

Secondly, after you call them numerous times, you get a Russian person who talks to you condescendingiy and then says they don't have time to help you navigate their own confusing and not updated website...!!!
