"horrible experience beds where smelly and the room smelled when we first got there and still was smelly when we left, the toilet in my parents room want working and the bath room tub was broke... the tv barley worked and there was holes in the bed sheets the coffee maker that caught on fire when i tried to make coffee and the floors where dirty and there was still trash on the floor when we first arrived. the bathroom in my room the bars where broken above the toilet and overall to wrap the bad experience there was German roaches in a trap they had left in the room when we got there and we also saw alive ones as well. they key card had to be done everyday becuase they kept deactivating and yes i know that you cant put them near your phone as we didn't, but they still where not working. yes at a cheap price i get its not going to be the best but the smell and the bugs is where i draw the line i do not recommend this establishment for your stay at this price..."

"Only stayed there for alittle and it was horrible. As soon as I walked in it smelled like expired Lysol. There was trash on the floor, a bug trap that had bugs including German cockroaches, our blanket had a hole (I do not have a photo of that). The bar in the shower had mold, the shelf above the toilet was broken, the drain was gross. We tried to make coffee and it caught on fire. Our refrigerator was not very cold. The freezer was fine but not the fridge. There were also stains on the floor. Sheets smelled like it was left in a washer for a week and then dried. I over all had an awful experience."

"Awful experience visiting for loss In family, tried cheaper alternative . Homeless and drug traffic through building .Staff will give anyone your room card . We could not leave each other from room without locking when we left. Lights flashing in black room , fire alarm last night 230am . Roaches behind mirror. Host staff completely unresponsive, especially overnight staff was rude first night. This experience needs to be resolved and reviewed by corporate . The stay increased tensions of trip and made for an awful experience."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Drug addicts at every turn and every floor, THEY DID NOT RETURN A 100$ deposit because there was a stained towel. Horrible horrible service, stinks like vomit, blood on the walls and feces on the clean toilets. Staff is beyond rude and cater more to the door fiends than the regular customer. There’s a reason it’s only 2 stars"

"my actual name is karen. I went there last night with hubby. The 1st room was still under remodel and they didn't realize, they had to change the key twice because it do NOT work. After i entered and nothing worked, they gave me a new room. In this room the TV wifi would come in and out of service. It wouldn't last not even 5 min. I about done, so they try to give me another room but all i want is to go cause i've been there for over an hr and im tired and need to work the next day. I asked for a refund and i was denied they refund because i denied the comodation they were offering, REALLY, it took almost 3 times and more than an hoiur. I don' t care if they kept some of the room payment but the whole freaking thing like seriously. I WILLL NEVER step foot in there again."
