"My family and I recently rented a home that was a complete disappointment. Upon the scheduled arrival time the home was not ready. We received a call stating the previous family checked out and hour later so the cleaning lady started later. Complete lie we watched the previous family just get done exiting the home. The dishwasher smelled like death. Someone was sent out to fix it until we complained. The televisions didn’t work had to request someone to come out and fix them. As a family that has used other services in the past we are use to getting home where all pots and pans are available to cook we had one pot and one wok in the home. We don’t travel with these items this is why we book homes to have items like this. Also we have always gone into homes and seasonings and small things are left behind by previous renters and used by the next. We also leave behind small things such as spices and coffee filters. All these items we trashed by the cleaning lady. Rugs were not vacuumed, floors sticky and dirty. Towels and bed sheets still damp when set out. No vacuum was left behind for us to even use. Front landing of the house dirty. All in all homes for you is not where I would go to look for my next vacation home. Think the should do a better check on the home owner and the home them selfs if they want satisfied customers."

"We booked a large home from Homeforuu for 20 people in Orlando. The pics must have been years ago when house was lbrand new. The house was terrible! No bar stools, not enough dishes/silverware. Carpets and walls filthy. Mattresses terrible. We felt like we were totally taken advantage of with this rental."
